1 06:00 to 07:00 Live from T1 and recap from the swim.
2 08:30 to 09:30 Live from Dyranut and recap from the swim and the first ascent.
3 12:00 to 13:00 Live from T2 and recap from the swim and the bike.
4 15:00 to 16:00 Live from the mountain climb and recap from the the race so far.
5 17:00 to 18:30 Live from the mountain top. Looking at the winners, talking to them. More finishers.
