In part one of our show we highlight the second stop of the World Cup Series in Ishigaki, Japan. The small island of Ishigaki has been a staple on the ITU calendar for nearly two decades. This year, the race served as a homecoming of sorts for Japan's 2012 London Olympics team, as all five of the Olympians are slated to toe the start line.
Part two of the show we look back at round three in Huatulco, Mexico. The scorching heat is part of the unique challenge facing athletes preparing to toe the line. An ocean swim and a tough hill in the middle of the bike course and at the start of the run loop will test the field, which includes nine London Olympians.
